We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. 

2. Do you support international shopping? 

Yes. All prices and orders are listed and processed in US Dollars. However, please note that we are able to accept international credit and debit cards in any currency.

1.How do I place an order?

Carefully choose and review your items before clicking "Add to Cart".

You will then be directed to our Cart page where you can review your item(s) and proceed to Enter Shipping Address to process your order.

2.Do I have to have an account to place an order?

No, accounts are optional but strongly encouraged for tracking purposes. 

3.How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Immediately after placing your order you should receive an email notification at the email you entered during the checkout process.  Also if you have provided a mobile phone number you will receive notification text messages confirming your order and tracking information.



1. How much is shipping?

We charge a shipping flat rate of $9.99 on all US and Canada orders. 

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Please note the total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances). 

The orders will be shipped out twice weekley via your preferred UPS shipping method. The shipments will be remotely picked up by UPS from the IMP watch shop located in Talkeetna, Alaska

3. How can I track my order?

As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order under “My Orders” when you log in to your Impossible Watch account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

4. How does international shipping work?

All international orders will be charged by your selected shipping method through UPS Worldwide Shipping. Once an order is placed, your watches/ accessories will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible from our shop in Talkeetna, Alaska. Note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes outside of Canada and the US.

Don’t worry—we'll email you tracking information when the order ships. Please note that standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and they may differ depending on your region. 

We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.



1.What is your return policy?

Return the new items in its undamaged origional packaging for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Simply contact for support by emailing to orders@impossiblewatchco.com with your confirmation number if you have any questions regarding your item or return. 

2.When will I receive the refund?

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive your return. The exact time can vary and is subject to the individual payment provider. Once refunds have been processed, we recommend contacting your payment provider for updates. All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
